Cryptocurrency Bill of Rights
Governments shall place no barriers upon the freedom to code, or the right to freedom of meme, or the right of people to peaceably assemble and build across national borders.
Cryptocurrencies, being necessary to free persons, the right to hold and use private keys, shall not be infringed.
No user shall be compelled to involuntarily enter into multisignature custodianship of funds.
The right of the people to exist and interact as an anonymous online avatar, without doxxing, shall not be violated.
In case of dispute, the code is law. In cases of further dispute, the miners are law.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to assistance of the counsel of a DAO for their defense.
In cases of losses, governments may not bail out cryptocurrency users, except to remedy excessive taxation, nor may governments provide protection for cryptocurrency investors.
Excessive taxes shall shall not be imposed upon cryptocurrency users, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
The enumeration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights obtained by cryptocurrency users.
The powers not delegated to governments are reserved to cryptocurrency innovators.
